Release Januar 2026: Smart Agentic AI with Multi-Step Actions, Sentiment Analysis & Excel Export
New Year, new features. The first release of 2026 is live, and we are taking the intelligence of the LoyJoy platform to the next level. The update brings you a total of 20 new features for more flexibility, more precise answers, and seamless integrations.
We have adjusted many levers to make daily work with LoyJoy even more efficient. Our goal: AI agents that not only talk but also act. Here are the highlights of the update.
🚀 Agentic AI: From Chatting to Acting
The biggest leap in this update concerns the capabilities of your agents. We are relying on modern reasoning technology instead of simple RAG approaches. This means for you:
- Multitasking Capability: A single AI call can now use multiple tools simultaneously.
- Deeper Knowledge: By smartly combining various data sources, you receive significantly more comprehensive and context-aware answers for your customers.
- Targeted Control: You can now specifically control the use of tools through individual prompts.

🧩 New Tools & MCP Integration
Networking is everything. That’s why we are further opening the platform to external systems and giving your agents new tools to work with:
- External System Integration: Connect your AI directly with any MCP-capable systems (Model Context Protocol) for absolutely seamless data integration.
- Expanded Toolbox: From now on, features such as web search, product search, and process execution are directly available to you.
- Login with Microsoft: You can now conveniently log into the LoyJoy Manager with your Microsoft account. This saves time during login and increases security. This feature is now enabled for all tenants.
🧠 Smarter Context for Better Answers
For a chat to feel natural, the AI must know where the customer is and what has happened before.
- URL Context: The AI message view now directly includes the URL of the page where the question was asked. The current webpage is now actively used to answer questions.
- Intelligent Chat History: The previous conversation history is now better incorporated into user questions to avoid repetition and provide more precise assistance.
- LLM Prioritization & Fail-over: All requests to the language model now receive a priority. High-priority requests are handled preferentially and processed more quickly. If an AI provider or model is overloaded, the system automatically switches to another model.
📊 Analytics Update: Excel and Numbers Friends Take Note!
We have significantly expanded the analytics area so you can measure your successes even better:
- Excel Export: Finally! All analytics data can now be conveniently exported as an Excel spreadsheet.
- Link Tracking & Product Feed: Click-through rates for links are now visible, as well as detailed metrics for products displayed in the chat.
🏢 Exclusively for Enterprise & Unlimited Customers For our Enterprise and Unlimited customers, we are raising the bar even higher:
- AI Topic Modeling: An automatic analysis shows you which topics your customers are really asking about.
- Sentiment Analysis: Get an AI-based assessment of customer satisfaction in real-time.
- Secure Testing: Internal sessions are now reliably recognized via IP and displayed separately, so your statistics remain clean.
