3. This declaration is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

4. Object of the declaration:
   Online platform for creating and running interactive chatbots
   including generative AI capabilities, provided as a web application
   (https://cloud.loyjoy.com) and through embedded widgets.

5. The object described above complies with the relevant accessibility
   requirements set out in § 3 (1) BFSG in conjunction with the BFSG
   Regulation (BFSGV).

6. Conformity assessment procedure:
   Internal production control (Module A) pursuant to Annex 2 BFSG.

7. Standards and specifications applied:

• DIN EN 301 549:2021-03
• Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA
• ISO 9241-171:2008

8. Additional information:
   The technical documentation required under Annex 2 BFSG is retained
   for 10 years from the date of issue.
