What is happening at Userlike
Userlike (Cologne) has been part of the Swedish, publicly listed Lime Technologies since April 2021, and has been called "Lime Connect" since September 2025.[5] [6]
The AI Automation Hub (Chatbot, Smart FAQ, Form Suggest) is being discontinued on Dec 31, 2026. Lime Connect invites affected customers to consider switching to "Connect AI".[1]
According to the published product comparison, Connect AI does not continue Smart FAQ or Form Suggest. The price list includes €99 per month for the AI Agent with 100 conversations, €19 per user and month for AI Copilot, and €50 per month per 1,000 workflow runs.[2] [3]
Assess the scope of the transition individually
Whether knowledge bases, flows, and integrations can be transferred or need reconfiguration depends on the individual customer setup. Affected companies should compare migration effort and alternatives against the same functional and commercial requirements.
Two different platform philosophies
At its core, Lime Connect is a customer messaging platform (a message center for operator teams) with AI as an add-on. LoyJoy is an AI process platform for chat and phone, where deterministic business processes (BPMN) and AI run in a single flow. Which approach fits depends on where the emphasis lies.
